Have you reviewed the list of indicators in the instructional guide and confirmed that you are able to provide information
from your data about one or more indicators? If not, please review the indicators before moving forward with
the survey.
Are you able to provide data specifically about current PWID? (Current PWID is defined as a person who
injected drugs for non-medical purposes within 12 or fewer months before you collected research or routine
service delivery data from them.)
Are you able to provide these data for the time period 2019 - present? It's okay if your collection began prior to
2019, as long as you have data collected during this time period.
Have you prepared aggregate values (tabulated data) specified for your indicators, including any stratified
values? As a reminder, we are not able to accept any raw or line-listed data.
Do you have the time availability to complete the survey (approximately 10 minutes per indicator if data are
already prepared as outlined)?
